Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and scalable quantitative financial models with quantitative researchers.
- Test, validate, and document quantitative methodologies for accuracy, robustness, and transparency.
- Develop centralized financial calculation engines for the commercial technology platform.
- Document and communicate quantitative methodologies and analytics to stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver risk analytics through the software platform with an excellent user experience.
- Solicit requirements, gather feedback, and provide updates to stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in quantitative financial modeling, data science, or software development.
- Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, modeling, and software development.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Java, Scala, or C++ is preferred.
- Distributed systems experience is preferred.
- Experience with cloud services is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
