Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI systems including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
- Deploy, orchestrate, monitor, retrain, and roll back multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
- Implement agent state management, role coordination, autonomy guardrails, observability, governance, fairness, security, and compliance controls.
- Integrate agents with APIs, microservices, message-driven systems, humans, and enterprise services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and research teams to develop AI features and translate business needs into solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and help shape the AI platform strategy.
- Follow corporate security policies and Assent processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, or agent-based architectures.
- Expert-level programming skills in Python, C#, and Angular/JavaScript, with experience using coding assistants.
- Hands-on experience with MCP, A2A/ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native services for LLM workloads.
- Deep understanding of event-driven and distributed architectures and experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace PubSub+.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and scalable agent operations.
- Understanding of AI security, fairness, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to define AI/ML use cases, engage in early-stage ideation, communicate technical trade-offs, and collaborate cross-functionally.
