Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test procedures to verify software requirements and features.
- Build complex test scenarios for modeling and simulation-based systems.
- Capture and communicate test results clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and government customers to verify requirements.
- Work with Agile software development teams and participate in PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution plus 2-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing real-time software applications and simulations, or a relevant master's degree with less than 2 years of such experience.
- Experience with GitLab/Git and Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS.
- Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies, such as the Scaled Agile Framework, in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
- Residence in the North Alabama area is required for full-time onsite support.
- Preferred qualifications include test or analysis automation, Agile Scrum, Java or UI application familiarity, Jira, missile defense or MDA sensor exposure, modeling and simulation tools, and systems engineering familiarity.

- Pay range is $69,550.00-$125,725.00, matched to the candidate's experience and opportunity level.
