Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of specialized applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team collaboration, and make team decisions.

- Integrate contact center solutions with customer relationship management systems.

Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and deployment models is required.
- Experience integrating contact center solutions with customer relationship management systems is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud contact center performance and scalability is required.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
