Responsibilities
- Design and deliver fullstack features for UI Studio’s generative platform.
- Architect and implement scalable services and user-facing workflows.
- Lead the integration of LLM-powered coding agents into product workflows.
- Drive search and retrieval architecture, including vector-based search systems.
- Design, ship, and operate distributed systems using containerized infrastructure.
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex systems and features.
- Improve internal APIs, platform primitives, and developer tooling.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and fellow engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
- Deep experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and Java.
- Comfortable contributing across the full stack with a focus on frontend experiences.
- Experience building or integrating LLM-powered systems.
- Understanding of search and retrieval patterns, including vector search systems.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Ability to think in systems considering scalability and reliability.
- Capable of independently leading initiatives and providing technical guidance.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
- Commitment to raising engineering standards and fostering an inclusive team culture.
