Responsibilities

  • Monitor AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments and manage incident triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation.
  • Provide production and operational support, including recovery activities, runbooks, platform health monitoring, and production change readiness.
  • Install, configure, administer, upgrade, patch, and capacity-plan Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
  • Manage Kubernetes deployments, services, ingress, networking, storage, workloads, and resource optimization on OpenShift.
  • Maintain cloud governance, compliance, tagging, audit support, vulnerability remediation, and operational reporting.
  • Monitor backup and recovery operations, validate restores, and support disaster recovery exercises.
  • Develop automation with PowerShell and Python, including monitoring enhancements, alert tuning, reporting, and ServiceNow integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  • Experience supporting AWS and Azure cloud environments and enterprise monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Experience with production support, operational troubleshooting, cloud governance, compliance, and operational reporting.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other scripting technologies.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, Dynatrace Associate, and Splunk Core User.
