Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal analytical tools and dashboards.
- Build single-page applications using React and component libraries such as Tailwind or Material UI.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and intuitive workflows.
- Use SQL and/or Polars for reporting, analysis, and application data needs.
- Support testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
- Improve dashboard usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, and operational visibility.
- Build and support middleware services, caching, data visualization, logging, search, queuing, monitoring, load balancing, and scheduled jobs.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in web development, analytics, or related technical roles.
- Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise constructing and processing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or C++.
- Understanding of database design, index structures, and stored procedures.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Experience with a web server such as Apache, NGINX, or Tomcat.
- Experience with monitoring, load balancing tools, and job schedulers such as Airflow or cron.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Finance experience is not required.
Benefits
- Base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits.
- US-based base pay range of $150,000–$200,000.
