Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Build secure, reliable, high-performing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and enhance front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design and implement persistence solutions with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka and enterprise messaging technologies.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD-driven deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders on front-end/back-end integration and solution architecture.
- Contribute to technical design decisions, AI-enabled development initiatives, modernization, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java 17+.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST API development, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript for modern front-end application development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application design.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, event-driven architectures, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda.
- Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience; AI-driven application development; NoSQL databases; cloud-native architectures; automated and integration testing; technical leadership and mentoring; Agile delivery; and DevOps or SRE practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
