Base Salary
$130k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build developer experience systems for engineers and coding agents across the full development lifecycle.
- Develop monorepo organization, orchestration, and tooling.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for evaluating and validating agent-generated changes.
- Explore cloud development environments.
- Expose rich codebase context to coding agents and support parallel agent execution, automated refactors, migrations, and bug fixes.
- Establish engineering productivity metrics, dashboards, and forums to identify and resolve team friction.
- Create infrastructure that enables coding agents to operate with deep codebase and development context and safely integrate changes into production.
- Develop collaborative relationships with the engineering team to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Experience building developer tooling, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
- Strong interest in developer experience and engineering productivity.
- Ability to design systems that automate complex workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and own systems end-to-end.
- Interest in how AI will transform the software development lifecycle; prior AI systems experience is not required.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.
