Responsibilities
- Design and build systems that enhance developer experience and productivity.
- Develop monorepo organization, orchestration, and tooling.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for evaluating and validating agent-generated changes.
- Explore cloud development environments to improve coding agent capabilities.
- Expose rich codebase context to coding agents for automated refactoring and bug fixing.
- Set up metrics and dashboards to monitor engineering team performance.
Requirements
- Experience in building developer tooling, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
- Strong focus on improving developer experience and removing productivity obstacles.
- Ability to design systems that automate complex workflows.
- Interest in how AI can transform the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and owning systems end-to-end.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
