Responsibilities
- Own the full development lifecycle of public APIs and platform features.
- Collaborate with product managers and external stakeholders to identify developer needs.
- Mentor other engineers through design reviews and onboarding support.
- Contribute to the long-term technical direction and architecture of the developer platform.
Requirements
- Professional experience designing, launching, and maintaining scalable backend or full-stack platform systems.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with experience building APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with platform-level concepts such as OAuth and event delivery.
- A pragmatic approach to testing and debugging production systems in an Agile environment.
- Ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong interest in Agentic AI and experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
