Base Salary
$144k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable software systems for advertising product experiences.
- Own the complete lifecycle of software features, including system design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and production maintenance.
- Develop automated solutions involving distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and user-facing applications.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate solutions and optimize product metrics.
- Write high-quality code for critical system components with strong performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with product objectives and user needs.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering standards development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scale.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience with GenAI-powered development tools and agentic AI assistants for code generation, debugging, testing, or documentation.
