Responsibilities

  • Build Native-AI SDLC solutions for Amazon’s worldwide selling partners.
  • Design and implement large-scale, cloud-based distributed services with high transaction volumes and millisecond latency.
  • Develop multi-tier systems using object-oriented design and common design patterns.
  • Design, refactor, re-architect, deprecate, and implement services and platforms.
  • Improve team coding practices related to quality and security.
  • Design a platform for supply chain optimization with Senior and Principal Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers.
  • Expand supply chain systems and automate third-party supply management systems across Amazon marketplaces.
  • Communicate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 3 years of video games industry experience supporting title development, release, or live operations.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
