Responsibilities
- Implement ML models, algorithms, and data transformations.
- Develop code and maintain quality through best practices and development tools.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and documentation.
- Run data science experiments for customer use cases and general product improvements.
- Develop and configure AI agents and work with large language models.
- Provide sales support through customer demonstrations.
- Support existing clients through troubleshooting, automation scripts, and example preparation.
- Write unit tests and contribute to CI/CD development and test-process automation.
- Containerize applications and deploy and monitor ML pipelines in the cloud.
- Contribute to frontend and backend requirements, code reviews, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Strong data analytics and transformation skills, including SQL, ETL, scripting, and Power BI.
- Very good knowledge of Python and data science frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
- Hands-on skills with modern AI, including large language models and AI agents.
- Some experience with numerical methods, stochastic process modeling, Bayesian statistics, Monte Carlo analysis, probabilistic modeling, nonlinear dynamical systems modeling, and statistical filtering.
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, persistence, documentation, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- A PhD is considered a strong asset.
