Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using Azure AI Search with vector and hybrid search.
- Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using tool-based reasoning frameworks.
- Implement custom Document Intelligence models for extracting data from IDs and structured documents.
- Architect scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and multi-tenant AI deployments.
- Develop and manage knowledge graphs for structured reasoning and contextual intelligence.
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques including few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct approaches.
- Use Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio for experimentation, testing, and versioning.
- Design intelligent conversational systems with fallback handling and contextual memory.
- Build and manage MLOps pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall professional experience.
- Deep experience with Azure OpenAI API deployments, scaling, and optimization.
- Proven experience building RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search.
- Experience with vector databases and hybrid search architectures.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, formerly Form Recognizer.
- Strong understanding of knowledge graphs and semantic modeling.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Experience with Prompt Flow and Azure AI Studio.
- Strong Python and cloud-native development background.
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning and MLOps pipelines.
- Ability to design scalable and secure enterprise AI architectures.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Preferred exposure to multi-agent orchestration tools and enterprise or large-scale AI deployments.
