Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP applications using ABAP on Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori applications.
- Develop SAP S/4HANA extensions and reusable services, APIs, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and data conversion programs on SAP BTP.
- Design and implement side-by-side extensions using SAP BTP services and development tools.
- Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using REST, SOAP, OData, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP API Management.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA SQL Scripts for analytical applications and reporting.
- Support BTP account setup, transport management, deployments, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, production troubleshooting, and application support.
- Conduct code reviews, follow SAP Clean Core and BTP development standards, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with middleware, functional, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- At least 2 years of SAP BTP development experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development, extension frameworks, APIs, and modern SAP integrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments.
- Technical skills in ABAP OO, ABAP on Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, SAP Business Application Studio, Git-based source control, REST/SOAP APIs, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
