Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain the core infrastructure for Smartsheet.
- Collaborate daily in a real-time mob programming environment.
- Contribute to managing and upgrading large-scale database infrastructure.
- Use Test-Driven Development to ensure system resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations for operational health.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with backend development experience.
- Strong desire to learn Infrastructure as Code and database reliability.
- Genuine interest in team-centric engineering practices.
- Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
