Responsibilities
- Train and scale video generation models on multi-GPU setups.
- Own data pipelines for video modeling, ensuring speed and reliability.
- Distill and compress large models into efficient, real-time versions.
- Optimize models for real-time performance through profiling and memory improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate models into user-facing applications.
- Set up evaluation harnesses to track model performance metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch and Python for both training and inference.
- Hands-on experience with generative models, particularly in video generation.
- Experience with distributed training and debugging large runs.
- Proven ability to optimize performance in terms of latency, memory, and cost.
- A product mindset to transition from research to robust implementation.
