Base Salary

$88k - $95k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, test, deploy, and support scalable web applications and services.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop back-end applications and APIs using C#, ASP.NET, MVC frameworks, and RESTful or SOAP APIs.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate across teams on architecture, debugging, performance optimization, application security, and software support.
  • Contribute to automated testing, source control, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of software development experience, internship experience, or equivalent hands-on experience developing enterprise or web-based applications.
  • Experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, C#, ASP.NET, MVC frameworks, RESTful or SOAP APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle and MongoDB or similar document databases.
  • Knowledge of web application architecture, application security, debugging, performance optimization, automated testing, and source control management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure, automated testing frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
