Responsibilities
- Develop and provide ongoing support for custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Serve as a CRM subject matter expert for technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades.
- Identify and implement third-party applications that enhance and support the CRM system.
- Test CRM application configurations and customizations.
- Lead or participate in client analysis sessions to determine requirements for new CRM implementations.
- Extend CRM capabilities by creating entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
- Design business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications.
- Architect Dynamics customizations involving server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
Requirements
- 6 to 13 years of experience.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model-driven applications and the Common Data Service.
- Experience with MSSQL, including database tuning, bottleneck detection, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience, including CRM API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints.
- Experience customizing the Web client and Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook.
- Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, and Windows Communication Foundation.
- Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience.
- Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting, and integration services.
- Knowledge of the development lifecycle and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
- Proven communication skills with internal team members and external business stakeholders.
