Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Ensure software scalability, performance optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to cross-team technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Siemens Mendix.
- Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom application development best practices.
- Experience managing and guiding teams through complex software design and implementation.
- Ability to ensure scalability and optimize software performance.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and code review processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
