Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Aera Control Tower.
- Proficiency in Aera Control Tower.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Python and MySQL is preferred.
