Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and service projects through planning, monitoring, governance, delivery, and customer support.
- Analyze customer requirements, configure fare products, and support deployment across test and production environments.
- Guide airline customers on CAT31/CAT33, Fare Families, and fees filing with ATPCO, FareXpert, and Branded Fares.
- Conduct solution testing, support customer validation, and provide system and data setup guidance during testing and migration.
- Provide functional troubleshooting, consulting, product expertise, post-implementation maintenance, and continuous support.
- Collaborate with implementation, account management, project management, and pre-sales teams while documenting learnings and improving implementation processes.
- Travel 5–10% within APAC to customer locations.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent IT experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of airline fares and pricing, including ATPCO categories CAT31/CAT33, Fare Families, and ticketing fees.
- Strong knowledge of the airline IT landscape and customer-facing communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, change management, and progress-tracking abilities.
- RMS/Dynamic Pricing and Altéa Reservation/Ticketing knowledge are advantageous.
- IATA certifications are optional; interest in innovation is an added advantage.
