Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and service projects through planning, monitoring, governance, delivery, and customer support.
  • Analyze customer requirements, configure fare products, and support deployment across test and production environments.
  • Guide airline customers on CAT31/CAT33, Fare Families, and fees filing with ATPCO, FareXpert, and Branded Fares.
  • Conduct solution testing, support customer validation, and provide system and data setup guidance during testing and migration.
  • Provide functional troubleshooting, consulting, product expertise, post-implementation maintenance, and continuous support.
  • Collaborate with implementation, account management, project management, and pre-sales teams while documenting learnings and improving implementation processes.
  • Travel 5–10% within APAC to customer locations.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent IT experience.
  • 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid understanding of airline fares and pricing, including ATPCO categories CAT31/CAT33, Fare Families, and ticketing fees.
  • Strong knowledge of the airline IT landscape and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, change management, and progress-tracking abilities.
  • RMS/Dynamic Pricing and Altéa Reservation/Ticketing knowledge are advantageous.
  • IATA certifications are optional; interest in innovation is an added advantage.
