Base Salary
$65k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for automated dispensing applications while following established standards and methodologies.
- Analyze, design, code, test, debug, document, and support software applications for automated mail-order pharmacy operations.
- Lead large-scale application and process redesign and improvement initiatives across diverse functional areas.
- Support integrated in-house and vendor-managed systems for prescription intake, inventory, filling, scanning, sorting, packing, postage, and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve complex application issues through research and fact finding.
- Evaluate vendor quotes and deliverables, monitor support-agreement performance, provide vendor feedback, and communicate priorities.
- Own automated dispensing team deliverables while collaborating with internal and outsourced teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of programming experience and/or demonstrated leadership in application development and SDLC.
- At least 4 years of enterprise-scale software design experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core, SQL, Oracle, and Angular.
- Experience leading large-scale projects or initiatives and their technical aspects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or PBM systems, manufacturing, logistics, or automation systems.
- Preferred experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub, and Docker.
