Responsibilities
- Build new and maintain existing global Workday integrations.
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday integration solutions with internal teams, system architects, and business stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and support scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions.
- Take responsibility for designated integrations as development opportunities.
- Create and maintain solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover documentation.
- Resolve incidents, run, maintain, and monitor designated live solutions, and complete upgrades as appropriate.
- Coordinate configuration changes, follow up on tasks and timelines, and balance multiple integration projects and incident fixes.
Requirements
- Approximately five years of experience in the Workday ecosystem as a Workday integration expert, ideally with a consulting background.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or several years of professional experience.
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience with Workday HCM Suite, calculated fields, Workday Studio, Workday Connectors, XML, XSLT, XPath, REST API, SOAP, PMP Scripting, Workday Query Language, JSON, JavaScript, and orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a business analyst mindset, and the ability to understand internal customer requirements.
- Strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills, with professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and work in an international environment.
