Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to establish requirements for less complex design projects.
- Complete software engineering design projects, including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze software processes and systems and deliver results to key stakeholders.
- Interpret results and recommend solutions for software and system improvements.
- Develop and test software solutions for products while ensuring quality and performance standards.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including code, design specifications, and test results.
- Collaborate on software and hardware system integrations to support optimal performance and program consistency.
- Review and evaluate changes or upgrades to existing designs and test processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software development or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, algorithms, and software development frameworks.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Scrum.
- Quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.
