Responsibilities

Implement features and bug fixes for key management services in Go.
Contribute to key generation, rotation, and revocation workflows.
Participate in code reviews and write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Investigate production issues and develop operational ownership of services.
Implement data encryption key wrapping and unwrapping logic.
Partner with senior engineers to learn about HSM integration and cryptographic protocols.
Collaborate with IAM, Storage, and Database teams to enhance platform security.

2–4 years of software engineering experience with a focus on production services.
Proficiency in Go or a strong background in another typed systems language.
Understanding of core cryptographic concepts and a desire to learn more.
Knowledge of distributed systems and their failure modes.
Exposure to containerized environments and SQL databases; Terraform experience is a plus.
Ability to solve ambiguous bugs and prioritize correctness in security-sensitive code.
Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
