Base Salary
$190k - $281k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality APIs and services for international adaptation of Life360.
- Collaborate with AI tools as a primary workflow for coding and testing.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the team.
- Build across the full stack to deliver polished and reliable user experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and operating high-quality consumer-scale services.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling.
- Strong proficiency in cloud development using Java, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for defining AI-Native practices and building localized experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.
