Responsibilities
- Conceive, define, and further develop Pliant’s banking platform.
- Build and maintain scalable, maintainable, and secure microservice architecture.
- Implement integration and end-to-end tests.
- Develop Growth solutions for customer onboarding, Anti-Financial Crime compliance, and credit risk management across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in building testable, maintainable, and extendable architectures.
- Knowledge of distributed architecture patterns and antipatterns.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Strong automation testing skills.
- Experience with AWS and Docker.
- Experience with Terraform is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of web development and React is a bonus.
