Responsibilities
- Design and evolve platform infrastructure for frontend observability products.
- Build and scale data pipelines using technologies like Kafka and Redis.
- Collaborate with SDK, FE, and OpenTelemetry contributors.
- Guide cross-functional collaboration to unify backend infrastructure.
- Solve high-impact technical problems with clear architectural direction.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the organization.
Requirements
- Experienced in building scalable, distributed backend systems.
- Comfortable managing complex data pipelines and translating data sources.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
- Familiar with open standards in observability like OpenTelemetry.
- Proactive and hands-on in solving unclear problem spaces.
- Based in Paris or Madrid preferred; other EMEA locations may be considered.
