Base Salary
$124k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, apply, and evaluate machine learning algorithms for detection and signal-processing problems.
- Analyze and manage large datasets for model training and testing.
- Automate data-processing workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Apply digital signal processing principles to algorithm development.
- Analyze real-world data to identify root causes, statistical trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research and development efforts.
Requirements
- Master's degree in machine learning, computer science, applied mathematics, or a similar field.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital signal processing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python; MATLAB experience is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning, statistical signal processing, or pattern recognition.
- Strong data-handling skills for large, complex datasets.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Preferred: familiarity with MLOps practices, including model training, versioning, and deployment.
- Preferred: experience with spectral analysis, adaptive filtering, or detection and estimation theory.
- Preferred: exposure to Counter-UAS, radar, electronic warfare, or defense RF systems.
- Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR or be eligible for an export license; some positions require current U.S. citizenship.
