Base Salary
$162k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate a secure OpenStack private cloud environment.
- Implement infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Develop automation and tooling to build and extend the platform.
- Support and enhance infrastructure CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot compute, storage, and networking issues in large production environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to support frictionless workflows for internal users.
- Contribute to 24/7 platform reliability, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Contribute new features to the upstream and open-source communities.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience working in a DevOps or SRE environment.
- Programming experience in Python or a similar language.
- Ability to understand and debug compute, networking, and storage systems in large production environments.
- Exposure to modern cloud-native principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale or multi-tenant environments is preferred.
- Exposure to GitOps-driven and CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, ArgoCD, or FluxCD, is preferred.
- Open-source project contributions are preferred.
