Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.
- Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce sharing rules, roles, profiles, Workflow, Process Builder, and flows.
- Develop Apex triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and Apex test classes while maintaining code coverage and coding standards.
- Design and build Lightning pages and extend the Lightning Platform using Lightning Web Components.
- Develop complex Salesforce integrations with external systems through custom APIs or middleware tools.
- Debug production incidents, perform bug fixes and data loads, and deliver service requests and enhancements.
- Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of sales organization systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent work or technical experience.
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience developing Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise companies.
- Experience with Apex, declarative Salesforce tools, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce sites, and Communities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with Apex Data Loader and Salesforce platform architecture, best practices, coding guidelines, design patterns, and governor limits.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred.
- Experience with marketing applications such as Marketo and CTI integrations such as InContact is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and prioritization skills are preferred.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
