Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding of new institutions to the ModernFi platform.
- Manage infrastructure setup for clients, including provisioning SFTP servers.
- Collaborate with bank IT teams to configure SSO in Auth0.
- Coordinate onboarding for third-party digital banking integrations.
- Own and improve public API documentation for client integration.
- Build tooling and dashboards to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize self-service onboarding tools based on client feedback.
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Engineering background with a CS degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working with code and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills for guiding clients through technical setups.
- Excited about improving customer experience through software and processes.
- Collaborative and positive team player.
- Experience with AWS, Auth0, Pulumi, Python, PostgreSQL, or Retool is a plus.
