Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new institutions from account setup and configuration through testing and go-live.
- Provision client infrastructure, including SFTP servers and keypairs, using Pulumi.
- Configure SSO in Auth0 with bank identity providers.
- Coordinate third-party digital banking integrations such as Q2.
- Own and improve public API documentation.
- Build tooling, dashboards, and internal features using Python, Retool, and similar tools.
- Improve the self-service onboarding tool through client feedback, product suggestions, and immediate fixes.
- Translate between technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across clients, partners, customer success, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Engineering background with a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfort working with code and infrastructure, including spinning up an SFTP server, modifying Python scripts, and writing SQL queries.
- Strong communication skills for guiding clients through technical setup and translating requirements to engineering teams.
- Interest in improving customer experience through software, process, and hands-on execution.
- Experience with AWS, Auth0, Pulumi, Python, PostgreSQL, or Retool is a plus but not required.
