Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent agents, copilots, and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop generative AI solutions, RAG architectures, agent orchestrations, and integrations with organizational systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and business partners on solution design, refinement, and delivery.
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes and support their evolution into production-ready solutions.
- Develop automations, connect AI agents to business processes, and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Apply AI governance frameworks and best practices with architecture, security, and governance teams.
- Design and maintain deployment pipelines, manage source code and environments, and implement automated deployment, testing, validation, and monitoring mechanisms.
Requirements
- Expertise in Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Python, REST APIs, databases, and cloud development.
- Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and agent orchestration.
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop.
- Ability to transform business opportunities into deployed and adopted solutions and measure business value.
- Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English for meetings, collaboration, and technical documentation.
