Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Deliver features end-to-end from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, modernization initiatives, coding standards, development automation, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into integrated and reliable technical solutions.
- Improve application reliability, performance, observability, and scalability, and diagnose complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, participate in technical hiring, and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with full-stack development using a modern backend framework or language.
- Proven experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of web performance, UI architecture, accessibility, design systems, and component-driven development.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience with distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.
