Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, no-code AI coding, and AI orchestration platforms.
  • Develop, optimize, and fine-tune transformer-based and generative models.
  • Architect and manage ML pipelines covering data processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to productionize models for reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Research and integrate advanced AI techniques and algorithms into product features.
  • Contribute to intellectual property, patents, and academic publications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI/ML team members.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers on AI-powered features.
  • Assess emerging AI research and technologies for product applicability.
  • Ensure AI model development follows data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant experience with AI-driven no-code platforms or automated code generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with specialization in AI, ML, or deep learning.
  • Experience developing and deploying deep learning models, including transformers, CNNs, RNNs, GNNs, and generative AI models.
  • Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Crew AI.
  • Knowledge of probabilistic modeling and uncertainty quantification.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, model versioning, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Open-source AI contributions or patent filings are preferred.
  • Understanding of AI ethics and GDPR or SOC 2 compliance is preferred.
  • A strong academic research background and publications in AI/ML conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, or ACL are preferred.
