Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions for the Enterprise Onboarding platform.
- Build and support application features and services across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, model APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects, engineers, product partners, and operations teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and production support.
- Support observability, resiliency, production readiness, incident response, and operational documentation.
- Use automation, AI-assisted development tools, and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems development.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting reliable, scalable applications in production environments.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, application performance optimization, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, MQ, and large-scale data processing environments.
- Experience with software testing, source code management, release management, production support, and Agile development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Python or other scripting languages, generative AI and machine learning technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation context management, model APIs, and financial services or other regulated industries.
