Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
- Configure incident, change, problem, request, customer service, field service, asset management, and CMDB processes.
- Build Service Catalog, Service Portal, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom App Engine applications.
- Develop server-side logic, Script Includes, Business Rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Deliver ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB health, and MID Server operations.
- Manage hardware and software asset lifecycles, reconciliation, procurement integration, and license compliance.
- Own release management, update sets, Application Repository promotions, instance cloning, upgrades, patching, regression testing, and skip-list remediation.
- Perform platform administration, document architectures, create user training, troubleshoot issues, and uphold development and governance standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and delivery experience across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and HAM, including scoped applications and AI-enabled workflows.
- ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-CSM; CIS-Discovery or CIS-Hardware Asset Management certification is preferred.
- Practical FSM experience with dispatching, scheduling, mobile workforce automation, Dynamic Scheduling, optimization, and territory planning.
- Strong experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Experience designing Virtual Agent topics and NLU flows and applying AI or Now Assist to service operations.
- Ability to lead solution design workshops, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and manage the SDLC in Agile delivery.
- Expertise in ITOM, Discovery, CMDB design, CSDM, data modeling, and platform performance optimization.
- Hands-on CSM implementation, Service Catalog development, Service Portal and Employee Center experiences, App Engine development, MID Server operations, application lifecycle management, and HAM.
