Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale, high-performance, high-reliability software systems.
- Own systems and provide stable, robust services to customers and partner teams.
- Design and implement new software and features while updating legacy systems.
- Collaborate on system designs, review peer code, and define requirements with business partners.
- Address operational issues, improve service reliability, and drive operational excellence.
- Identify process and software gaps and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
