Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Train models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets and optimize their parameters for performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate model outputs for quality and relevance in real-world scenarios.
- Troubleshoot complex model behavior and integration issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to decisions across multiple teams, and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor junior team members and help manage team execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters to improve performance and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model development and deployment techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex model behavior and integration issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
