Base Salary
$221k - $298k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architecture layers.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions for critical customer problems.
- Build AI-native applications and guide the applicability of AI technologies to real-world customer problems.
- Understand and use evaluation tools to validate and measure solution accuracy.
- Partner with Architecture, Product Management, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.
- Contribute to engineering standards, patterns, best practices, technology prototypes, patent proposals, and process improvements.
- Mentor and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with AI technologies including SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, or Kotlin, or backend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express for Node.js.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive results across cross-functional teams, and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
