Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, and automation solutions.
- Build solutions with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems using APIs, MCP tools, custom connectors, and other integration technologies.
- Develop reusable components, templates, and development patterns for scalable solution delivery.
- Support RAG, prompt engineering, document ingestion, and knowledge search capabilities.
- Support proofs of concept and pilots evaluating emerging AI technologies.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Document solutions, integrations, and technical processes.
- Follow security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards, including content safety, transparency, and governance.
- Work with cybersecurity and platform teams to secure access to enterprise data and services.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, automation, application development, or related technical roles.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience building integrations using APIs, web services, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and modern development practices.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation concepts.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar AI platforms is preferred.
- Experience developing MCP tools, custom connectors, plugins, or API-based integrations is preferred.
