Responsibilities
- Create Sim’s GTM infrastructure from scratch using tools like Salesforce and Gong.
- Design and build AI agents to automate account research and outreach.
- Architect middleware and webhooks for data integrity between systems.
- Translate GTM strategy into automated workflows and data-driven campaigns.
- Set technical standards for Sim’s GTM and Revenue Operations function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or technical RevOps roles.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience integrating and automating SaaS and AI tool stacks.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and GTM business logic.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay and Claude Code.
- High bias toward action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
