Base Salary
$77k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support self-service and SMB customers by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating 1Password.
- Provide training to customers and 1Password team members.
- Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests.
- Write and manage go-to-market knowledge-base content.
- Record internal and customer-facing video resources.
- Serve as a go-to-market resource for questions about 1Password.
- Collaborate with the team to create materials for learning about and using 1Password.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS, security, or technology environment.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and appealingly to general audiences.
- Strong presentation and writing skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt, manage multiple projects, prioritize efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with 1Password or another password manager is preferred but not required.
