Base Salary
$215k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve edge and cloud infrastructure across Cloudflare, Google Cloud, and Vercel.
- Scale and operate the data layer, including Spanner, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
- Optimize performance for LLM inference as traffic grows rapidly.
- Own capacity, reliability, and cost for production systems in the routing layer in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Establish tooling, observability, on-call practices, and infrastructure patterns for the growing engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure where uptime, latency, and cost matter.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, and edge-first serverless platforms such as Cloudflare Workers.
- Deep expertise operating large-scale databases including Postgres and Spanner.
- Ability to work across a full-stack TypeScript environment when platform needs require it.
- Comfort using coding agents, MCPs, and LLMs heavily in the development workflow.
- Existing OpenRouter usage or side projects in AI products, infrastructure, or developer tooling are bonuses.
