Responsibilities
- Develop and support Blue Prism RPA solutions throughout the delivery and support lifecycle.
- Design solutions against business requirements and analyze functional and non-functional system requirements.
- Identify, analyze, estimate, and assess the feasibility of processes for automation.
- Document business processes and automation-specific solution designs.
- Perform proof-of-concepts and identify technical infrastructure requirements for Blue Prism.
- Support UAT and SIT, fix bugs, and work with operational teams during rollout.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide post-go-live resolutions.
- Perform Blue Prism live-environment administration, including running processes, viewing logs, and maintaining resource PCs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding, security, release, quality, and change-control practices.
- Mentor colleagues and collaborate with project leaders and senior technical members on ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 5.5 to 13 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism development.
- Experience with RPA solution design, development, support, and associated methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business and technical feasibility, document processes, and define system requirements.
- Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, UAT/SIT support, and production issue-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to mentor developers and deliver work within estimated timelines.
