Base Salary
$238k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, fostering innovation and engineering excellence.
- Define and evolve architectural standards and best practices for consistency and maintainability.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud software to shape Crusoe’s technical direction.
- Mentor engineering talent through coaching and design reviews.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Systems Engineering.
- 3+ years of programming experience in GoLang with a track record of production-grade systems.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Linux Engineering, including debugging and optimization.
- Strong skills in infrastructure as code and understanding of complex systems-level challenges.
- Experience with Terraform and GCP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and Automated Testing pipelines.
- Ability to architect and evolve Kubernetes operators and controllers.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale systems like GKE and EKS.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
