Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth functional testing across Oracle SIOCS V23+ modules, including inventory functionality.
- Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements.
- Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms.
- Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of QA or software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and Oracle SIOCS V23+ functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore V23+ and retail inventory operations.
- Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, mobile UI, functional, regression, and API testing.
- Experience with Postman, SOAP UI, or an equivalent API testing tool.
- Agile methodology exposure.
- Jira–Zephyr or Xray experience is preferred.
- SQL, Java, Selenium, and test automation framework experience are preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent-working skills.
