Responsibilities
- Own business and technical delivery of agentic automation use cases from discovery through production and value realization.
- Run process discovery and redesign workshops with process owners, defining current-state baselines, target processes, and responsibilities for agents, rules, and humans.
- Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments that engineers can build directly.
- Design solutions within Camunda’s reference architecture and develop new patterns based on delivery learnings.
- Lead technical delivery by planning increments, managing dependencies and risks, and aligning process owners and sponsors on decisions and progress.
- Define and track initiative and increment value, keep business decisions moving, and feed learnings into the reference architecture, delivery method, and product.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting, with an engineering background in Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery to production rather than handing off designs.
- Strong business analysis and process management skills, including stakeholder workshops, process redesign, BPMN modeling, and solution design.
- Enterprise solution and data architecture experience covering integrations, APIs, and process and agent data across systems.
- First experience designing and building enterprise-grade agentic solutions and an AI-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Preferred experience in Finance or back-office operations such as P2P or Q2C.
- Preferred experience building operational value cases, value engineering, benefits tracking, or using process intelligence or process mining tools.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zip is preferred.
