Responsibilities
- Configure and implement CLM workflows, templates, approval hierarchies, business rules, notifications, forms, clause libraries, roles, and permissions.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable CLM configurations and solutions in collaboration with business analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration workshops, testing, validation, deployment, UAT, go-live, and postimplementation support.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, business rules, and implementation activities.
- Provide user training and recommend CLM process improvements and best practices to improve contract-management efficiency and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–6 years of overall professional experience with at least two full-lifecycle implementations of CLM solutions.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with a leading CLM platform such as Agiloft, Malbek, or Leah, formerly ContractPodAi.
- Mandatory certification in Agiloft, Malbek, or Leah, formerly ContractPodAi.
- Experience configuring workflows, templates, approval processes, clause libraries, business rules, forms, roles, and permissions within CLM platforms.
- Understanding of CLM best practices, contract workflows, compliance requirements, and process optimization.
- Experience working with business users, legal teams, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with Ironclad, Conga, or Docusign is preferred.
- Experience with documentation, testing, validation, and user-support activities is preferred.
